By accessing or using Personik ("the platform", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service. Personik is operated at personik.io. For any questions regarding these terms, contact us at info@personik.io.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Personik. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@personik.io if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your credentials.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with 450 credits and a limit of 1 AI influencer. The trial is available once per person and per email address. At the end of the trial period, access to generation features is restricted until you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial credits do not carry over to a paid plan.
Personik operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time you generate content: • AI Influencer creation: 100 credits • Influencer variation: 50 credits • Reel (720p): 200 credits • Reel (1080p): 300 credits • Product showcase video (standard): 250 credits • Product showcase video (pro/4K): varies by quality Credits are granted monthly according to your subscription plan and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Additional credits may be purchased as one-time top-ups at any time, provided you have an active subscription. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own terms and conditions. We do not store card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Billing portal in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which your account reverts to a restricted state. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at info@personik.io and we will investigate. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact info@personik.io within 7 days of your first payment.
You may use Personik for lawful personal and commercial content creation purposes. You agree not to: • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene. • Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or any sexual content involving minors. • Impersonate real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent. • Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others. • Use the platform to create disinformation or political propaganda. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's AI models or APIs. • Resell or redistribute the platform's underlying AI generation infrastructure. • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
You retain full ownership of the prompts you write. Subject to your compliance with these terms, Personik grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish the AI-generated images and videos you create on the platform for personal and commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your generated content and its use comply with applicable laws, platform policies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and third-party rights. Personik does not review generated content before delivery and makes no warranty as to its fitness for any particular purpose.
The following content is strictly prohibited on Personik and will result in immediate account termination: • Any sexual or intimate content depicting minors (CSAM). • Non-consensual intimate imagery of real individuals. • Content designed to facilitate violence, terrorism, or hate crimes. • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, including celebrity likenesses used commercially without authorisation. • Deepfakes created with intent to defame, harass, or defraud real individuals.
All platform software, design, trademarks, and branding ("Personik IP") are owned by or licensed to Personik and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission. You grant Personik a limited licence to store, display, and process your prompts and generated content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Personik uses third-party AI services to process your generation requests. Your prompts and resulting content are transmitted to these providers as necessary to fulfil your requests. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or availability of third-party AI outputs. Generation quality may vary due to the nature of AI technology.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where possible. We are not liable for generation failures, delays, or quality variations caused by third-party AI providers or infrastructure outages. If a generation fails and credits are deducted, contact us at info@personik.io and we will review the case for a credit refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Personik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of Personik shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Personik in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard Settings, or by contacting info@personik.io. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Personik after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your account before the effective date.
